Job Description
As an All Rounder Cook, you will bring versatility and skill to our kitchen, preparing a diverse range of dishes to high standards. A motivated and skilled chef who can oversee kitchen operations, manage several cuisines, and guarantee the quality of every dish served would be perfect for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes from a variety of cuisines including Indian, Continental, Chinese, and more.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control for each dish.
- Maintain the strictest hygienic and food safety regulations.
- Maintain clean and orderly kitchen stations and equipment by following to sanitary protocols.
- Effectively manage the kitchen staff by making sure that duties are assigned effectively.
- Work together with the kitchen staff to provide quick and seamless food service during peak hours.
- Collaborate on menu development, suggesting new dishes or improvements to existing recipes.
- Try different flavours and presentation techniques to produce appealing dishes that complement the restaurant’s theme.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Extensive experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment as an all-round cook.
- Proficiency in preparing various cuisines and ability to follow established recipes.
- Good knowledge of keeping food safe and maintaining a clean kitchen.
