5. Fees and Payments

  • Service fees are outlined in separate agreements between RestroStaff and the client.
  • Fees must be paid on time as per the agreed-upon schedule.

  • RestroStaff is not responsible for disputes between clients and candidates.
  • We do not guarantee permanent employment or the performance of any candidate.
  • Clients are responsible for verifying work permits, certifications, and legal eligibility to work.
