3. Client Obligations

- Pay service fees as agreed upon in the contract.
4. Candidate Obligations
- Provide accurate personal and professional information.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to the client’s workplace policies.
- Notify RestroStaff of any changes in availability or employment status.
5. Fees and Payments
- Service fees are outlined in separate agreements between RestroStaff and the client.
- Fees must be paid on time as per the agreed-upon schedule.
- Refunds or replacements may be provided only in accordance with our refund policy.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
- RestroStaff is not responsible for disputes between clients and candidates.
- We do not guarantee permanent employment or the performance of any candidate.
- Clients are responsible for verifying work permits, certifications, and legal eligibility to work.

- Clients and candidates must keep all recruitment-related information confidential.
8. Termination of Services
